The university partners with many employers to make education more affordable for their employees. If your employer has a partnership with the university, you may qualify for a unique tuition grant. When applying, be sure to select your employer when prompted and chat with admissions to learn more.
Emergency services professionals, including law enforcement officers, firefighters, or emergency medical services (EMS), may qualify for a 10% grant through the University's Everyday Heroes Grant. Parents, spouses, legal partners, siblings, and dependents of emergency services professionals are also eligible to use the grant.
At American Military University, we strive to ensure that a quality higher education is accessible and affordable for all – especially for those who have served. Our unwavering commitment to accessibility and affordability is delivered through a special 10% tuition grant applied to standard undergraduate and a 15% tuition grant for master's-level courses that is available to veterans and their families. Eligible family members are parents, spouses, legal partners, siblings, and dependents of veterans.
Prospective and current AMU students are eligible for the Opportunity Grant of 10% off undergraduate or master's-level tuition. This grant, which is applied automatically, supersedes all other university grants and special rates, and cannot be combined with any other special promotions. Only one can be applied per course.
